Orange Grove Fostercare was established in 1996 as an independent fostering agency in order to provide a range of excellent foster home placements to children.

We pride ourselves on the extensive support we offer our Foster Carers in the knowledge that support has a direct bearing on successful outcomes.

We work in partnership with 100+ Local Authorities, and have earned a reputation for quality, built on our dedication to Fostering and the support we offer our highly trained Foster Carers.

Orange Grove Fostercare has established regional offices which enable us to provide our carers with localised support services. Each Orange Grove office is fully staffed and supports carers within its regional boundaries, through dedicated social work support, comprehensive training and regular meetings.

In 2007, Hillcrest Care acquired Orange Grove Fostercare and the acquisition led to the development of the second largest independently owned provider of foster care services in the UK. Hillcrest Care and Orange Grove Fostercare are bound in a shared vision to become the preferred choice for those wishing to provide quality Foster Care to society’s most vulnerable children and young adults.

Orange Grove Fostercare has continued to operate under the Hillcrest Family and the changes to its dayto- day organisation and working practices have been minimal.

Our mission is to provide excellent family care for children and young people, enabling them to achieve their full potential in a stable and supportive foster home where best practice, quality and safe care is delivered.
